Kevin’s passion for building is unmatched. His attention to detail, his professionalism and the artful nature with which he approaches every project rings of the highest order.

From the beginning of our custom build process we were looking for a builder that would be attentive, creative and hands on. Our project was unique and challenging in many ways and because of this we decided to look outside the local talent pool in the Klamath County area for a seasoned builder with a strong reputation for quality that would be able to handle the many complexities that we presented in terms of our wants and needs.We couldn't be happier with the results! Kevin and his crew definitely went above and beyond to make sure every detail was well crafted in every way possible. Kevin continues to be a solid resource even years after the completion always ready to help whenever we call.

Kevin is a master builder – of relationships, ideas, teams and spaces. I have known Kevin for a decade and have enjoyed his vision, energy, talents and company every time we've connected.

As we look back on all the wonderful details and amenities that Kevin championed for us in creating our home it's hard to know just where to start. From the beginning to end Rea Company Homes excelled in every way imaginable. Kevin is truly a creative spirit with amazing product knowledge, insights, and energy. As professional interior designers June and Scott Brown were demanding and clear with their creative inspirations. As a result of the combined team effort the Brown Residence won Best of Show in the annual Realtors Tour Of Homes. It also won an award from the American Concrete Association as a best practice in using ICF Insulated Concrete Forms as the primary structure. Scott Brown has since passed away and I will be forever grateful for the opportunity to work with him and his mother June.

During the builder selection process we wanted to meet with several builders to get a feel for the kind and type of person and the quality of the product that they would represent. We knew immediately upon meeting with Kevin that we found our builder. Clear present and trustworthy are just a few of the many attributes we not only sensed but enjoyed during our build process. We can't say enough about how happy we are with Kevin and his team of professionals!

We recently purchased this amazing homestead/estate and as the third owner wanted to customize this home to better fit our personal tastes. We are the Third owner since the current home was built in 2006. We were delighted to find the original builder was interested in helping us with our project. Since our first meeting we could tell that Kevin was simply someone we could trust to do the right thing. Always on top of the many details and ready to help drill our choices into selection options that fit us.
